Des remboursements automatiques des frais de participation seront accordés aux participantes qui ne réussissent pas la sélection des candidatures. Les participantes ne sont pas tenues de demander un remboursement. Le traitement du remboursement peut prendre jusqu’à sept 7 jours ouvrables.

※ Si une participante demande un remboursement avant l’annonce des résultats de la sélection des candidatures, un remboursement intégral sera effectué. Les demandes de remboursement ne seront pas traitées après l’annonce des demi-finalistes.
※ Toutes les demandes de remboursement doivent être effectuées dans le délai approuvé par l’Organisateur.
Refund Policy
Automatic refunds of the participation fee will be issued to participants who do not pass the document screening. Participants are not required to submit a refund request. Refund processing may take up to seven 7 business days.

※ If a participant requests a refund prior to the announcement of the document screening results, a full refund will be issued. Refund requests will not be processed after the announcement of the Semi-Finalists.
※ All refund requests must be submitted within the time limit approved by the Organizer.

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Korean Culture Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) establishes this Privacy Policy to protect users’ personal information and to safeguard their rights and interests related to personal data. Any revision to this Privacy Policy will be announced through the Association’s website or by individual notice. This Privacy Policy shall take effect as of January 1, 2017.

1. The Association processes personal information solely for the purposes of providing membership services, maintaining and managing membership, verifying user identity, preventing unauthorized or illegal use of services, and delivering notices and announcements related to website operation and contest participation. Personal information shall not be used for any purpose other than those expressly stated herein.

2. The Association may process personal information for identity verification of goods or service providers, age verification, service provision, statistical analysis of service usage, identification of access frequency, and analysis of demographic characteristics in order to improve services.

3. Personal information, including personal image data and photographs, may be processed and used for marketing, promotional, and online publicity purposes related to the Contest.

4. The Association collects personal information such as name, gender, email address, mobile phone number, and other information provided through application forms. Personal information is collected through the website or written forms based on the consent of the data subject in accordance with Article 15(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act.

5. Personal information shall be processed and retained only for the period agreed upon at the time of collection or as required by applicable laws. In principle, personal information related to website membership and contest participation shall be retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of consent.

6. Users may exercise their rights at any time to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information. If a user requests correction or deletion, the Association shall not use or provide such personal information until the request has been fulfilled. These rights may also be exercised through a legally authorized representative.

7. Once the purpose of processing personal information has been achieved, the Association shall destroy such information without delay. Electronic files shall be permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery, and printed materials shall be shredded or incinerated. Personal information shall be destroyed within five (5) days after the retention period expires or when processing is deemed unnecessary.

8. Any additions, deletions, or amendments to this Privacy Policy will be announced at least seven (7) days prior to their implementation.

This Privacy Policy applies to all Contest-related information. Failure to provide accurate information or required documents may result in disadvantages during the application process. The personal data submitted by the applicant may be used by the Organizer or Host for purposes related to the Contest.
